These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fortune Finder mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Lang Enterprises, Inc, an Alaska corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where participation in the Service is legal.
- You may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for suspension and forfeiture of prizes.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
We may refuse service, close accounts, or restrict availability in any jurisdiction at our discretion.
2. How the Game Works
Fortune Finder is a location-based game. Players join hunts, collect clues by traveling to locations in the physical world, solve a puzzle using those clues, and travel to a final location to claim a prize. Clue availability, hunt duration, prize amounts, distances, and other game parameters are set by us and may change at any time.
Access to hunts may require a Play Pass or entry fee as described in the app at the time of purchase.

4. Wallet, Purchases, and Fees
- Your in-app wallet holds a balance used for entry fees, Play Pass purchases, and prize credits.
- Wallet funds have no value outside the Service and are not a bank deposit or stored-value instrument.
- Purchases are generally final. Entry fees and Play Pass purchases are non-refundable once a hunt has been joined, except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms.
- Fees, prices, and limits may change with notice in the app.
5. Prizes and Withdrawals
- Prizes are awarded to the player who first satisfies the winning conditions of a hunt, as determined by our systems.
- We may verify a win before awarding a prize, including reviewing location data and anti-fraud signals. Wins obtained through cheating, location spoofing, automation, or any manipulation will be voided.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum amounts, review, processing times, and any identity verification we require.
- You are responsible for any taxes owed on prizes. We may require tax information and may report prize winnings where required by law.
- We may withhold or reverse a prize or wallet credit awarded in error or in violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Falsify your location by any means, including GPS spoofing apps, emulators, or modified devices.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or attempt to access data belonging to other users.
- Create multiple or fraudulent accounts, or transfer or sell your account.
- Harass other players, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination, voided prizes, and forfeiture of wallet balances to the extent permitted by law.
7. Participating Businesses
Some clues are located at partner businesses. Those businesses are independent, and we are not responsible for their premises, products, services, or conduct. Visiting a partner location is voluntary, and you must respect their hours, rules, and staff.
8. Availability and Changes
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including hunts in progress, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and gameplay depends on factors outside our control such as GPS accuracy, network coverage, and your device.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or property damage arising from your travel or activities while using the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
